Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.08.2021 and 16.10.2021 requesting the third respondent Special Officer - Land Acquisition to determine the compensation amount in respect of the petitioner's lands in S.No.44/1B part & 44/2 part at Sengundram Village at Rs.12,500/- sq.ft. and pay the compensation to the petitioner.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.08.2021 and 16.10.2021 requesting the third respondent Special Officer - Land Acquisition to determine the compensation amount in respect of the petitioner's lands in S.No.44/1B part & 44/2 part at Sengundram Village at Rs.12,500/- sq.ft. and pay the compensation to the petitioner.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representations of the petitioner dated 11.08.2021 and 16.10.2021 and, after giving her opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
