This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18092 of 2024 dated 30.07.2024 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.124 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 30.07.2024, had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of crime number. Since the petitioner could not arrange the said sum, she is unable to comply with the said condition. Hence, he seeks to modify the said condition. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) to the credit of Crime No.124 of 2022 without prejudice to her defence.
