No. 30018 of 2016 insofar as the directions for payment of service/terminal benefits except the direction for the payment of the amount computed in C.P. No. 342 of 2014.

Heard Mr. S.Manoharan, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. M.Chidambaram, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent, Mr. C.S.K.Sathish, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and Mr. Hasan Fizal, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the entire amount due in terms of the order dated 30.08.2016 in W.P. No. 30018 of 2016 has been paid by the Respondents to the Petitioner, who reserves the right to work out his remedies if there is any discrepancy or shortfall in appropriate legal proceedings. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 3.
