The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.08.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 336, 427, 392, 397 and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.423 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Goondas Act.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
