Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondent is deemed unnecessary.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of HMOP.No.1321 of 2021 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Alandur. The original petition which was filed as HMOP.No.152 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Court, Aruppukottai was transferred to the Sub Court, Tambaram and upon constitution of Sub Court at Alandur, it has been transferred to Sub Court, Alandur and numbered as above.

3. It is seen from the E-Court extract that the respondent/ wife was set ex parte and upon ex parte order being set aside she had filed an application to re-call PW1 and the same is kept pending. Considering the fact that the Original Petition is almost 8 years old, there will be direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur to dispose of the HMOP.No.1321 of 2021 within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
