C.M.P.No.20459 of 2017 in C.M.A.SR.No.61441 of 2017 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This petition is filed to condone the delay of 400 days in filing the above Appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.61441 of 2017.

2. Though notice has been served through Court on 09.12.2017 and privately on 05.12.2017, there is no representation for the respondent. As the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are being satisfied, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 400 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3. Accordingly, the delay of 400 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
