ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.11.2015.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Sanjay Singh, who is the owner of Sony Cargo Movers and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

its employee one Purusothaman, with regard to missing of 14 parcels, which was sent by the petitioner's courier from Chennai to Nizamudeen through the said Sony Cargo Movers. Though the complaint was lodged as early as on 25.11.2015, no action has been taken on the said complaint so far. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
