ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents from in any way putting up any kind of construction either in front or rear side of the Shop No.M-90 and M-92, situated at Periyar Vegetable Market Complex, Koyambedu, Chennai -92.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they proposed to construct a hospital on the southern side of the shops and on other side, they propose to construct a compound wall in and around the market area to avoid entries of miscreants.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to construct compound wall or health centre without disturbing ingress and egress of the petitioner's shop for the customers and vehicle movements.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
