ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition for quashing the FIR No.52 of 2015 dated 19.08.2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467 and 468 of IPC stating that it is civil in nature.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the typed set of papers.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed, referred charge sheet has been filed as mistake of fact and notice has been sent to the defacto complainant directing him to appear before the first respondent on 13.04.2016.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition and hence, the Criminal Original Petition deserves to be dismissed. 5.In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
