ORDER

The petitioners have come forward with this petition for quashing the C.C.No.1043 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram.

2.Today (11.03.2016), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought for adjournment.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that out of 8 witnesses, 5 witnesses were examined, only 3 more witnesses to be examined and for examination of other witnesses, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the case was posted on 15.03.2016.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Further, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.1043 of 2014 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
