No.PU/AW-1/01/2016-17/202 dated 27.12.2016 and Ref. No.PU/AW-1/1/2016-17/229 dated 23.02.2017 and quash the same in so far as it rejected the grant of affiliation for the academic year 2016-17 and further direct the respondent to grant affiliation to the Petitioner's college from the academic year 2016-17 onwards.
