The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on his complaint dated 27.10.2015 and investigate the matter in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint as against one Dr.Manimaran, M.S. Ortho, stating that on 26.12.2015, when the petitioner requested the said doctor to discharge the patient, the said doctor abused them in filthy language.

Hence the petitioner lodged a complaint on 27.10.2015. But no action has been taken on the said complaint till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present criminal original petition.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.616 of 2015 registered for the offences under sections 294(b), 353 and 506 (ii) and only as a counter blast, the present complaint has been lodged.

5. In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.12.2015 in C.S.R.No.1078 of 2015 and dispose the same in accordance with law, as early as possible. If no prima facie case is made out, the respondent is directed to pass an appropriate order on the complaint of the petitioner.

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
