O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 29.06.2021 made by the petitioner, within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation dated 29.06.2021 to the 2nd respondent seeking regularisation of her service. But so far, no order has been passed by the 2nd respondent on the said representation. Hence, she filed the instant writ petition before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2021 would be duly considered by the 2nd respondent in accordance with law.

4. In the light of the above submissions made by the parties and considering the limited scope of prayer, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
