Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had challenged the transfer order by the present writ petition. Learned counsel further submits that this Court stayed the transfer order vide interim order dated 17.12.2021. It is further submitted that during the subsistence of the interim order of this Court, the petitioner had retired from service and thus, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
