The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to provide police protection based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.11.2016 in respect of the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.22/3, re-survey No.22/3A in Patta No.651 situate at Hale Dharmapuri Village and Taluk forthwith.

2. On account of efflux of time, the relief sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance. If at all any grievances exist as of now, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for grant of remedy in the manner known to law.

3. With this liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16.03.2023 Jeni Index : Yes Speaking order
