The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her online application dated 11.01.2024 in Challan No.

2024/0123/07/000326 seeking survey of her property situated in Dry S.No.20/5 with an extent of 84 cents in Arakandanallur Village, Kandacheepuram Taluk, Villupuram District.

2. According to the petitioner, she submitted an online application seeking survey of the above mentioned property on 11.01.2024 and the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated 11.01.2024 will be considered by the 1st respondent on its own merit and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim 2/4

made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 11.01.2024 and pass final orders on its own merit, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
