This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the writ appeal.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Though the name of learned counsel for the second respondent has been printed in the cause-list, there is no representation on behalf of the second respondent.

4. In view of the above and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 32 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned and the petition is allowed.
