This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent Police to conduct proper investigation in Crime No.42/2015 under Section 34, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.03.2015 and file final report.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.42 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent police. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
