The learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that the issues between the parties had already been settled out of Court.

2. In view of the fact that the dispute between the parties had already been settled, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the Appeal Suit.

3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.364 of 2017 stands closed. No costs.
