When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioners have been convicted under Section 14(A)(b) of the Foreigners Act and S.12(1) © of Passports Act 1967 on 19.12.2023 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri and nothing survives in this petition.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
