Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take necessary steps to remove the Encroachment made by the respondents 7 to 10 made on the "Govt Porambokku Road land" anna Street, Pullarampakkam Village, Thiruvallur Taluk & District 602 023 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2023 and enable the Village people to access the said Anna Street in Survey No.705/1 of Pullarampakkam Village, Thiruvallur Taluk & District to reach the Thiruvallur - Uthukottai NH Road.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.V.R.Appaswamee, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 6.

2. The encroachment is alleged on the Government poramboke land by the respondents 7 to 10.

3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that survey would be conducted within four weeks and further action would be taken in tune with the survey report expeditiously.

4. In view of the above statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
