ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.02.2016 and to investigate the matter and to file a final report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been sent by post, which reveals serious allegation against the opposite party. Inasmuch as the opposite party has stuck posters all round the Court Campus, making serious allegation against the Presiding Officer of the Court.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as

stated in the previous complaint dated 24.02.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
