This application has been filed to strike off the 31st respondent viz., Mrs.Pallavi Baldev, I.A.S. as a respondent in the Election Petition No.4 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the election petitioner in E.P.No.4 of 2019 has no objection in allowing this application and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
