This application is filed to receive the additional documents as mentioned in the schedule of documents to Judges summons and permit the plaintiff to mark them as exhibits.

2.Learned counsel appearing for some of the defendants in C.S.No.552 of 2015 submits that the plaintiffs are seeking to mark photocopies of the documents. He added that he has no objections in marking the certified copies of the documents obtained from the concerned Sub-Registrar. 3.Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are now willing to substitute the said documents and seeks permission of this Court to mark the same.

4.The said statement is recorded. This application is allowed subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.

kas 5.This Court is informed that both the suits founded on the same documents. Hence this Court chooses to consolidate both the suits for joint trial. Further, this Court is informed that the plaintiff in C.S.No.552 of 2015 had already stepped into the witness box.

6.Post the matter before the learned Additional Master No.II for continuation of trial on 02.02.2022.
