This application has been filed to strike off the 33nd respondent viz., Election Commission of India, represented by the Chief Election Commissioner, Nirvachan Sadan, Ashoka Road, New Delhi -110 001, as a respondent in the Election Petition No.4 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the election petitioner in E.P.No.4 of 2019 has no objection in allowing this application and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.
