This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to direct the respondent 1-3 to provide adequate police protection to ensure smooth ingress and egress of the petitioner's employees, workers, suppliers, visitors, customers, raw materials and finished products to and from the petitioner's factory premises in situated at AVTEC Limited, having its office and factory and properties situated in Survey Numbers 13/2, 2A, 3B, 4B, 5/2, 630/1A, 630/2, 631 to 634, 635/1, 635/2, 7B, 812/2, 813, 814/2, 815, 816, 817/2, 818, 819/2, 820/2B, 821/2 and 9B of Punapalli Village, Mathagondapalli Post, Hosur - 635 114, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu, and within the radius of 500 meters from the petitioner's factory gate.

2. When the case is listed for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the issue between the parties has been settled out amicably and the prayer of the petitioner became infructuous.

3.Recording the aforesaid the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infrucutuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any.
