CMP.Nos.20761, 20763 and 20764 of 2021 in A.S.No.965 of 2012 CMP.Nos.20761, 20763 and 20764 of 2021 in A.S.No.965 of 2012 N.MALA, J., C.M.P.No.20761 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 676 days in filing the above petition to set aside the abatement petition and to bring the legal heirs of the deceased fourth respondent M.Jayalakshmi in A.S.No.965 of 2012. 2.C.M.P.No.20763 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement of the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.965 of 2012 due to the death of the fourth respondent M.Jayalakshmi.

3.C.M.P.No.20764 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the legal representative of deceased fourth respondent M.Jayalakshmi namely her husband N.Manimaran, her sons namely M.Suresh Kumar and M.Balaguru as respondent Nos.8 to 10 herein as legal heirs in A.S.No.965 of 2012. 4.Heard both side. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing all the above said petitions.
