(Order of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.) This Court directed the respondent to consider the claim made by the petitioner for counting past service and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ to pass a detailed order. The first respondent passed an

order rejecting the claim made by the petitioner. 2.There was no adjudication of the matter on merits by this Court. We are therefore of the view that the petitioner has not made out a case for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the first respondent pursuant to the order passed by this Court, if he is still aggrieved.

3.The contempt petition is closed.
