ORDER

When the Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court passed in W.P. No. 10786 of 2013 dated 16.07.2020 directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner's representation 2/4

dated 10.09.2012 and 18.03.2013 has been complied with by the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Villupuram in Na.Ka.No.2274/A1/2021 dated 08.07.2021. He has also filed a compliance report dated 28.04.2022 to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the order of this Court has been complied with. Hence, this contempt petition stands closed, recording the submission and the compliance report so filed on the side of the respondents.
