ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate and pursuant to the same further directions may be issued to the 1st respondent to grant Trade License in favour of the Petitioner to conduct the Salon and Spa Centre in the name and Style of ''M/s.River Salon and Day Spa'' at 16.16A, First Floor, Lakshmi Nagar, 50 Feet Road, PN Road, Near Miller Stop, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641601 by considering petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2024.
2. Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that, he made a representation Page No.2 of 6
before the respondents dated 30.05.2024 seeking No Objection Certificate and Trade License in favour of the petitioner for running the spa centre in the name and style of ''M/s.River Salon and Day Spa'', situated at 16.16A, First Floor, Lakshmi Nagar, 50 Feet Road, PN Road, Near Miller Stop, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641601. Since the same was not considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition before this court for appropriate orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a "No Objection Certificate" and pursuant to the same, further direction may be issued to the 1st respondent to grant Trade License in favour of the petitioner to run the business by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 30.05.2024, within a specified period.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that, the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2024 will be considered and "No Objection Certificate" will be given, if the petitioner satisfies all the requirements, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2024 seeking "No Objection Certificate" for running the business and issue "No Objection Certificate", if the petitioner satisfies all the requirements, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of "No Objection Certificate" is granted, the respondents shall not, thereafter interfere with the business of the petitioner, until it is run in accordance with law. No costs.
