ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that his wife is under illegal custody of the third respondent.
2. Today, both the petitioner and the detenue are present. The enquiry would reveal that both of them do not want to live with each other. In such view of the matter, both the petitioner and the detenue told that they would go for divorce immediately.

3. Recording such statements made, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed. However, liberty is given to the parties to file appropriate divorce petition before the appropriate Court.
