A.No.4723 of 2021 in C.S.SR No.112131 of 2021 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

The suit has been filed for recovery of money.

2. The plaintiff is residing at Chennai as seen from the plaint averments. The major part of cause of action arose only within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. The defendants 1 to 5, 7 to 10 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence this application has been filed to grant leave to sue.

4. After perusing and examining the plaint averments and having satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue.

5. Accordingly, leave to sue is granted as prayed for and A.No.4723 of 2021 is allowed. Liberty is granted to the respondent to raise all his objections known to him under law in the main suit.

6. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
