2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has faced inconvenience in depositing the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of D.V.C.No.75 of 2017 as observed in paragraph 6 of the earlier order of this Court dated 25.03.2019. Hence, the petitioner seeks a direction to deposit the amount to the credit of the respondent herein.

3. In my view, no prejudice will be caused to the respondent, if such, modification is permitted.

4. In the light of the above observations, the observations made in paragraph 6 of the earlier order of this Court dated 25.03.2019 passed in Crl.OP.NO.8822 of 2018 shall stand modified as follows: "To deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) per month on or before 5th of every English Calendar month to the savings bank account of the respondent herein as ad-interim maintenance."

5. All other observations made in the earlier order of this Court dated 25.03.2019 shall remain intact.
