NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 261 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the order of conviction dated 11.10.2022 passed in Spl.S.C.No.53 of 2019 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Court), Erode.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent police and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
