Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to consider the representation dated 26.09.2016 by drawing a fresh merit list for the medical/dental admissions for the other than State Government seats as mentioned in the prospectus Sl.Nos.38 and 39 issued by the 2nd and 3rd respondents in the institution of the Respondent Nos.4 to 10 in Tamilnadu based on NEET All India Rank and conduct the counselling afresh for these MBBS Seats for the Academic Year 2016-2017.

Since the admissions in question are already over and the NEET Examination is not followed in Tamil Nadu, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
