ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by one K.V.Subramaniam. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the petitioner is the tenant and the property was leased out to the petitioner's grandfather by one Y.Venkatrama Ayyar and later the petitioner's father and the petitioner were doing agricultural work in the property under annual lease and now K.V.Subramaniam, the son of Y.Venkatrama Ayyar is trying to interfere his possession by evicting him and on the basis of the complaint given by K.V.Subramaniam, the second respondent police is frequently calling the petitioner and harassing him. Hence, he prayed for a direction not to harass the petitioner. 3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that both K.V.Subramaniam and this petitioner has given complaint and enquiry has been made and the police has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

given direction to them to approach the civil forum and seek the remedy.
