This Criminal Original Petition is filed alleging that though the petitioner is the aggrieved person and given a complaint to the police, under the guise of enquiry, the petitioner is forced to compromise the issue.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that complaint petition given this petitioner is pending and it was sent through post on 14.06.2024. To enquire his complaint, the petitioner was called and he has not participated in the enquiry.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it appears that if the petitioner is of the view that the dispute between him and one Ramanujam and Sudha Vasudevan is purely civil in nature, he is either withdraw the complaint sent through post on 14.06.2024 or should participate in the enquiry. Without resorting to either of the two mode, he is before this Court alleging that the police is harassing him, when he was called for enquiry on his own complaint. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
