M.V.Nanjundappa v. The Collector Of Krishnagiri

W.M.P.No.30290 of 2024 in W.P.No.29585 of 2016 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order of dismissal for default dated 22.01.2024 passed in W.P.No.29585 of 2016 and restore the same.

2.Heard Mr.C.Parthiban, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection to the Writ Petition being restored.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the W.P.No.29585 of 2016 is restored to file.

5. The Registry is directed to post the Writ Petition on 26.11.2024 "for final hearing".
