This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7291 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9478 of 2022 on 14.06.2022 to appear before the respondent police once in 15 days i.e., 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
