O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to register a case in pursuance to the C.S.R.No.205 of 2012 dated 06.10.2012 and C.No.13391/COP/Visitors/2013 dated 13.08.2013 and to file a final report within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent on 06.10.2012 and C.S.R.No.205 of 2012 has been assigned. He has given a complaint to the first respondent on 13.08.2013, for which, C.No.13391/COP/Visitors/2013 has also been given. But the respondents 1 and 2 have not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint, both the petitioner and counter petitioner were enquired and the complaint was closed.

4.Recording the submissions so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
