The first respondent shall be described as The Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, CMDA Complex, E & C Market Road, Koyambedu, Chennai - 600 107.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents Housing Board to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 07.01.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of sale deed in the name of the petitioner for Garage No.4.

3. Heard Mr.S.Rajmakesh, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.D.Veerasekaran, learned counsel for respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 07.01.2025 and take a decision within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
