A.No.5004 of 2023 has been filed to record the death of 2nd plaintiff herein and condone the delay of 1050 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement of the proceedings against the 2nd defendant. A.No.5005 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd defendant in the above suit. A.No.5007 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 5 herein as legal heirs of the deceased 2nd defendant as the defendants 4 to 6 in the above suit.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.
