This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking police protection alleging that the 3rd respondent and ten others family are against this petitioner and threatening him.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioner submits that there is serious allegations against this petitioner for having illegal affair with the wife of the deceased brother and there was a complaint and counter complaint between two groups in Crime Nos.83 & 84 of 2022. Final report in both the complaints been taken on file in C.C.Nos.112 and 109 of 2022 before the Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli. While these two cases are pending trial, complaint given by this petitioner on 24.08.2024 is under enquiry. 3.

Considering the allegations made in the petition as well as the action taken by the respondent police, it is suffice to direct the respondent police to complete the enquiry petition dated 24.08.2024 and dispose of it in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
