This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modification and to direct the Trial Court to compound the offence as directed by this Court in Crl. O.P. No.5959 of 2019 in Crime No.7 of 2006 in C.C.No.2 of 2019 on the file of the Special Judge for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1977 in City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Mr. S. Balaji, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 3 submits that there are totally nine victims. Out of which, the petitioner has settled only four victims. In so far as the remaining five victims are concerned, they are not settled. Therefore, a direction as sought for in this petition to compound the offence shall not be considered.
