The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2), 326(a) of BNS Act 2023 in Crime No. 110 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Today, there is no representation for the petitioners.
3. The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information, the respondent police went to the scene of occurrence and found that the petitioners were involved in illegal transportation of 1 unit of river sand in a Tractor and Trailer bearing registration No.AP-26-TD-8990. Hence, the case.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent police, submitted that the petitioners were involved in illegal transportation of 1unit of river sand Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of 2/4
allegations, submissions made by learned counsels on either side, considering the fact that the petitioner had illegally quarried and transported sand from the river, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
