Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To EXTEND for a further period of TWO MONTH to the detenue in Crl.M.P.No.10865 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.258 of 2019 dated 07.08.2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioner to extend for a further period of two months to the detenue in Crl.M.P.No.10865 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.258 of 2019 dated 07.08.2019.

2.Heard both sides.

3. The interim bail granted has been by this Court on 03.06.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.6452 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.258 of 2019 and further extended by order of this Court dated 07.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.10865 of 2019.

4. Extension of interim bail granted by this Court by order dated 07.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.10865 of 2019 is further extended for a period of two months from today.
