The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.07.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with the law.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner sent a complaint to the respondent on 23.07.2021 through online, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on receipt of the petitioner's online complaint dated 23.07.2021, the petitioner was called for enquiry. The petitioner has been making allegations that on wordy quarrel, counter complainant had threatened the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the same, the petitioner is to appear before the respondent police along with copy of the complaint and necessary action would be taken. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
