Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2021 relating to the issuance of Adangal certificate in respect of property bearing Survey Nos.98/14 and 99/1B3 of Kulikkarai Village, Tiruvarur Taluk, Tiruvarur District enabling the petitioner to insure the crops and as well as to receive appropriate relief funds from the Government authorities within the stipulate time.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2021 relating to the issuance of Adangal certificate in respect of property bearing Survey Nos.98/14 and 99/1B3, situated at Kulikkarai Village, Tiruvarur Taluk, Tiruvarur District enabling the petitioner to insure the crops and as well as to receive appropriate relief funds from the Government authorities within the stipulate time.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the respondents 5 to 8 and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, both the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
