This writ petition has been filed by J.Jemila Binu, seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 23.11.2015.

2. Heard Mr. M.Raja Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Rajendra Prasad, learned Government Advocate, who took notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and with their consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

3. The petitioner, who was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the third respondent School has given representation dated 23.11.2015 to the first and second respondent to release her salary but, till date, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner has come to this Court.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the writ petition, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the pending representation dated 23.11.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
