By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to sanction and disburse the Pension, Terminal and other retirement Benefits, payable to the Petitioner, with statutory interest, on account of Voluntary Retirement of the Petitioner as a B.T. Assistant (Science) Teacher in the 4th respondent school, on 27.09.2023, approved by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings dated 05.11.2024, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he served as a B.T.Assistant (Science) in 4th Respondent-Aided School. It is the further contention of the petitioner that he was permitted to retire from service voluntarily on 27.09.2023 and the proposal of his voluntary retirement was also accepted by the 2nd respondent on 05.11.2024. Insipte of such acceptance, the Official Respondents did not settle the terminal benefits to the petitioner. In this connection, the petitioner has sent a representation on 02.06.2025 and such representation is pending with them.

At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the earlier proposal did not contain some important documents, therefore, the same was returned, now that, the 4th respondent has resubmitted the proposal on 13.06.2025, and would submit that they will consider the same, within a reasonable time.
6. In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 1 to 3 3/6
to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2025 and proposal of the 4th respondent dated 13.06.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 31.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order dm 4/6
